「311が■ている。」roughly translates as “311 is/does ■.” This participatory project was originally developed for the 2015 Roppongi Art Night.  People are welcomed to write in the black box to finish the sentence to reflect on the 311 disaster.  Then, they are encouraged to take a photo to upload it to the current website to share.
